Practical and adventurous rack for storage in the children’s room

Practical storage for the children’s room doesn’t have to be rocket science anymore. At Design Rocket, we aim to make the children’s room a place that can inspire children’s imagination and creativity.

There is a lack of a fun, practical and neat way for storage in the children’s room that inspires children to adventure and creativity. That is why we designed our Linda Rocket Range, a corner shelf, a coat rack and a shelf. Three types of furniture inspired by space and rockets so kids can make up stories and fairy tales based on where the rocket is going, where it’s been and how the adventure itself has been.

Flying Grandma

Grandma Linda is quick like a rocket when it comes to her grandchildren. She would fly to the moon and back for them. For Linda, all her grandchildren are her little stars. Likewise all her grandchildren adore their grandma and look up to her like a hero. Above all it is mutual love all the way up to the stars and back again. That’s why Design Rocket’s Rocket Range is named after Grandma Linda: a Linda Rocket Corner Shelf, a Linda Rocket Shelf and a Linda Rocket Coat Rack.

Danish design and Danish production

The shelf, coat rack and corner shelf – like all other designs from Design Rocket – are handmade in Denmark and are only produced on demand. In this way, we produce as sustainable as possible and minimize overproduction. At Design Rocket we work to ensure that all leftovers are used and that we have as little waste as possible. Bonus info: The star and rocket on the coat rack are for example cut out from the leftovers that we get when we make our stacking boxes. In this way, we use the leftovers in a meaningful way.
