Design Rocket accepts the following payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro). You can also pay with Mobilepay and ViaBill.
All amounts are in EUR (Euro), including VAT.
Design Rocket uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. That means your information cannot be read by others.
Your payment is first being debited upon shipment of your order.
Payment with ViaBill
When purchasing through ViaBill, you will first receive your items. Thereafter, you will pay your monthly payment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the ViaBill payment agreement will be terminated. ViaBill funds purchases of up to DKK 2.000. When you sign a subscription or payments with a credit agreement, you must enter your date of birth, so that we can ensure that you are over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, agreements are made with a parent or guardian.
An agreement can always easily be canceled by a parent or guardian if it should turn out that it has initially been signed by a child or person under the age of 18.
Design Rocket uses GLS and PostNord as shipping companies and freight prices are approximately DKK 350.
You can pick up your goods free of charge on Almuevej 15, 8660 Skanderborg, Denmark prior to agreement with us.
The delivery time is 3-5 business days.
According to the Danish Purchasing Act for consumers, a warranty of 2 years is granted. Our warranty applies for defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not cover any fault or damage caused by improper use of the product/service. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, have your money back or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must send your claim within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defects. If you are claiming your product/service within the first 2 months where the defects were detected, the complaint will always be regarded as being on time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in appropriate and proper packaging. Remember to receive a receipt for shipment, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Return Right & Claims
A 14-day full order return and claim entitlement is granted to consumers on goods available on our web-shop.
The period is calculated from the day that you receive your order.
You are being held responsible for return costs and any damages that might occur under return-shipment.
Your return/claim must be notified to us no later than 14 days after you have received the ordered item. You must return the item within 14 days after having notified your return.
You must inform us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our standard withdrawal form. In the notice, please clearly state that you wish to return/claim. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item upon shipment, without having notified us at the same time.
Cancelling parts of your order
If you have purchased several items in one order, you can return one or more items.
Please note that you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are being held liable for any deterioration in the item’s value that has occurred due to handling the item other than what is necessary to determine the item’s type, properties and/or function. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been “tried” beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, meaning that upon your rights of withdrawal, you will receive only part or no refund of the purchase you made, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive a full refund of your purchased amount, you must do the same as you would in any other physical store. You can try it out, but do not actually use the item.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to impairment of the item’s value.
If you regret your purchase, you get your money back. If the item is impaired in value, we will deduct the amount you are being held liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your purchase cancelling notification.
We will return the money using the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless we received return-shipment confirmation and documentation from you.

In addition, we cooperate with several other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use any information for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. You are entitled to have your personal data corrected if they should be incorrect. In some cases, it is our duty to delete your personal data upon your request, for example, when your information is no longer serving its initial purpose for us.
